WE KNOW THERE IS A WARRIOR IN THE HEART OF EVERY WOMAN. She is STRONG, DETERMINED and POWERFUL. Challenge yourself, challenge others and register for Woman2Warrior, a women's only,obstacle adventure race benefiting Easter Seals Alberta and Albertans with disabilities and medical conditions.

Woman2Warrior is an optional timed walk/run covering 5 kms of trails, track, and grass. The course features over 20 obstacles to test your strength, agility, balance, and sense of adventure. You may enter as an individual or as a team, but each person must raise a minimum $300 to participate. There will be awards & prizes for the top overall fundraisers and finishers. Recruit the support of friends, family and co-workers to help you reach your fundraising goal!

Location: Canadian Forces Base Edmonton Garrison 

As a warrior you should be prepared to lift, climb, crawl, jump, run/walk, and possibly get a little dirty. There will be over 20 obstacles which includes the use of some of the Canadian Forces Base obstacles.

We will be offering Indoor Training Sessions before the event generously donated by JohnnyB FITT (obstacles training), Running Room (walk/run clinics) and Healthy Rhino (strength training).

Registration Categories:  Youth (15-17 years); Open (18-39 years); Masters (40 and over)
Heat Categories:  Competitive Athletes (Timed Warriors) and Recreation Athletes

There will be prizes for Top Fundraising Individual, Top Fundraising Team, and Best Costume

All finishers receive a participants medal for completion (to be presented as warrior cross the finish line).  Medals for the competitive athletes will be provided for 1st, 2nd, and 3rd place at the Closing Ceremonies at 1:30 pm.
