Easter Seals Alberta has partnered with Garaventa Lift and Uppercut Elevators & Lifts to provide a residential elevator in the home of a family with a disability. The Give A Kid A Lift (GAKAL) program is funded solely through community partnerships and revenue raised at the annual fundraising concert.

How to apply to the GAKAL Program
The GAKAL program is open to anyone with a disability that needs a residential elevator in their home. Preference is given to families owning their own homes, but all applications will be considered.
This program is intended to be a funding option for individuals who have exhausted all other funding resources for accessibility equipment. The amount of funding that can be provided for a residential elevator or lift varies.
