Children & Youth Equipment Applications (Ages 0-18)

Children & Youth Equipment Program Page

At Easter Seals Alberta, we believe every child deserves the chance to dream big, explore, and fully participate in life. That’s why our Children & Youth Equipment Program is here to support children and youth with disabilities by providing the tools they need to grow, thrive, and feel included in their community.

This program goes beyond funding—it’s about opening doors to independence, building confidence, and creating brighter futures. With the right equipment, children and youth can unlock new opportunities, develop their abilities, and discover their unique strengths.

We know navigating funding options for accessibility equipment can be overwhelming, and that’s where we come in. Our dedicated team is here to guide you through the process, helping you access the resources your family needs. From power wheelchairs to lifts and other essential equipment, we are committed to making a meaningful difference for your child.

Why This Program Matters

Access to the right equipment is about more than meeting physical needs—it’s about unlocking potential and fostering inclusion.

For children and youth living with disabilities, having the right support can mean:

  • Participating in school, family outings, and playtime with friends.
  • Gaining independence and building confidence.
  • Developing their unique abilities and feeling empowered to dream big.

By helping families access essential equipment, we aim to create opportunities for kids to connect with their communities, embrace new experiences, and live life to the fullest.
